hi friends, as i already told u i had applied in FSW in august 2009 but my case was refused from new delhi visa office because of insufficient marks. Now i hav reapplied. Can anyone tell me that my processing fees of previous csae is refundable or not? If it is refundable then to whom should i need to contact to CIC canada OR to CIC new delhi?Plz guide me.i alreday sent one request pplication to new delhi visa office but still i didnt get any rply from them.

hi frnd,,,the same thing happened with me,i got refusal due to some funds difference and didnt get back my fees submitted alonwith IELTS certificate aswell.i have written to CHC but didnt get any reply.

if u get some response or wayout,plz lemme know at somesh.m @ rediffmail.com.......

it takes minimum 2 or maximum 4 months to reply... (*4 months had been experienced in few typical cases like arranged employments or job offer etc)

i hope u have sent your IELTS result with your application, if it reached the CIC nova scotia office after 9th april.
as per the new rules all applications sent to CIO from 10th april should have IELTS score with them.
