Visa quota is from Jan-Dec, but as per current scenario, it appears that pre-june cases will get further process only after July-12

I received Medicals and rprf information today from my consultant they were issued on may 11 and he sent the scanned copies original he will send via dhl. but in those letters they didnot ask PCC or photos.
They asked only medicals and rprf within 90 days.

this is because the maximum number of applicants for PR are from india only. PERIOD.
if they give to one, they have to give to everyone, because everyone is eligible. this is the reason they are taking it easy.
india, china and phillipines are the 3 major source countries for PR visa. hence they will be processed last.
