My dear Sweet friends Yesterday i received my refusal letter mentioning that my Job Duties did not match  i am out from this game i dont know how to process appeal against decision if it is going to take 3500 $ again for then i dont think that we should avail this opportunity Today i am Sad after two to three days hopefully i will be out of shock so see you after two to three days Thanks for all of you supporting me in crucial time (almost 752 days) i wish you all best of luck Sorry to hear friend this sad news. In these days there are many refusals on the basis of duty mismatch for 4131. When did your application turn to in process? |

Hi Guys-I received my passport request today.Can anyone guide on following issue.
1.-When I applied I was married but just yesterday my divorced was granted
2-Whats to do now?
3-How much delay shall i anticipate or if i inform the canada will they restart my application?

who is the primary applicant? if its you then do your landing and then let them know if its your wife pray she doesn't let CIC know |

Im no Immigration expert but if you both land then you don't need to inform them cause you are already permanent residents check the website I don't think any of us in this group is qualified to answer that we are all applicants so its assumptions Good luck |

I think, we all have to wait for more 2 months, as by july our fate will be declared. New NOC will be out by july. I just hope, we all make it through this tough time. Recession, frustration, suspense, waiting are making me constipated  |
