applied in april 2010 recd my 2nd aor from buffalo in jan 2011 finally recd my medicals on feb-17-2012 ive followed most of the posts till date but never ever posted but finally decided to post just in case if it helps anyone trackit their application or get a general idea of whats going on with the visa offices. my vo is buffalo  please did your address disappear and reapper at any point when yiou had the processing with date |

Question-We are currently in the process of divorcing. If divorce is granted after PR is given..does PR need to start again or does CIO count marriage at given point in time?

Hello Bhatti, I see that your status was changed to AR and then DM. Is it still same? Did you received any email from CIC regarding Decision Made? Have you sent email to your visa office and asked the reason for DM? If yes, did they replied to your email? Have you filed your application through agent or your self? I am also seeing Dm since 22nd Feb, but have not received any email from CIC, neither they have responded to my email, so worried. Thanks, looking forward for your reply. |

Hi Sanjay: Dont worry, its a computer glitch. If you go through the forums you can see that same thing happened with lot of other applicants. Hello Bhatti,

Congrats for getting change in status for ur application.Let us pray that ur next stage comes before long nd eventually ends in ur getting the coveted Mapple-leave on ur passport.MY ECAS is also showing "IN PROCESS", HAD EFFECTIVE FEB17,2012 WITH UNCHANGED DETAIL IN THE BOX.

It had happened to many of our forum members in Nov2011 when their ecas started reflecting DM without being subjected to MR.Quite naturally,it had created confusion amongst the aplicants.One of the members sent CSE in order to know the exact status of his application.Thankfully,he got reply from VO SUGGESTING thereby that what his ecas showed was a technical error.All of us heaved a sigh of relief.
Therefore,the "DM BUG" that has appeared in ur ecas should be a technical glitch.Still, to be on safer side it is a better option if we send CSE to our respective VO ND GET RID OF OUR CONFUSION that has crept in the process.
