Hi Parhar, Most of the NDVO applicants who submitted there file to CIO in April 2010 , got there ecas status changed to Inprocess . Hopefully yours will be change soon as well. All pre juner,
No change in ecas. Still RBVO with detail in the box.

thanx.Yes,those who submitted full docs in Aug2010 have started reaching "IN PROCESS" stage.If pace is maintained things may change for others ,as well.

last Tuesday my e case turned with an additional line "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on feb 2"
and a week later i.e. 14 i received MR dated 7 feb.
Will update all steps as i receive from chc. so the changes in the e case seems to be genuine.
I hope every thing else goes smoothly from now.
every one out there dont loose you hope it took me almost 2 years.

Sandy Bhaji, I differ to this....Full docs submitted to NDVO upto August 2010 are getting changes in E-CAS since I am also April 2010 appliant but no change in E-CAS. |

when calculating points for experience, are they considering only the experience gained in the noc I applied? I have 15 years of experience but have only 2 years of experience in the noc I applied. Will I gain points only for the 2 years?

@ Hello Canadian Dream,
Last week, a couple of Aug 2010( Having full docs submitted in the month) applicants got changes in their ecases. But,this week has not ,thus far, shown any change.DOES THIS INDICATE the slowing down of the process,once agian.
Rejection letters have REPORTEDLY started emenating FROM DIFFERENT VOS.,particularly in cases which showed DM after IP.Sir, I have sent u PM. I am sure u must have gone through it.
Please keep sharing.

I did my medical 2 weeks before and my VO is Colombo, Sri Lanka. Currently I am residing in abroad and I can't travel to Sri Lanka immediately as my visa ext for the present residence country is in progress. As per the std process next step would be in my FSW application might be interview request/ PP request. How can I react if either of the request made by VO?
Can anyone please advise me on the action I need to take at this moment?
