I wonder as to when the obdurate ecas shall stop jeering at us.MOVEMENT of files at NDVO is very slow.All said nd done,let us hope the next couple of months would help us see our dreams realise!!!

yes,2nd AOR dt is a determining factor for arrival of next stage.as of now,i guess,all those whose dts of 2nd AOR fell in June-july have change in their status.by mid june-july,the turn of AUG- SEPT 2ND AOR may follow.This is simply a PREMONITION.Rest ,let us see how the wind blows.Hope for the best.

Yes, thats true, I am still not in a que to wait for even IP, as i got second AOR just in Jan last year so need more to wait. In fact, I am not being negative at any stage, because, I dont want CIC to just send me rejection. I am ready to wait. Also, I have already started working on my plans B and C, so even if I get it early or late, I am on my career path only. I feel every one should do that to kill the waiting time. I come here to check this threads just to see how our community ( thats waiting community - for canadian PR) are doing. I just wonder for one thing that I didnt maintained balance in my bank, so do they give us some time to balance the amount back in my ac for some time? I may re balance that amount when I feel movement for the one who got second AOr last year. God Bless, Kavya |

We all have to keep working on our career path.As far as holding of funds in BANK A/C is concerned,I think transaction of last 6 -8 mths should suffice to support ur lquidity position.Provided,of course,u ought to have sufficient balance in the a/c to cover the required landing funds.

Hi folks, after a long time I am posting anything here as I was just fed up of waiting but was checking the ECAS daily two times. Today one line was added to my ecas:
We received your application for permanent residence on April 16, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 7, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on July 14, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 2, 2012.
This is the activity in my file after a long long time. What does this means seniors. Please suggest how long will it take to get medicals from here or what is the next step here. Thanks

From last 3 weeks we are in a different scenario, it seems otherwise it will take 1 to 3 months for medicals.
