Well its really killing. Due to this up-expected delay my husband's business is suffering a lot. He can not do it here full fledged. God knows when CIC will tell us to pack our bags. At least they should write or tell clearly that your turn will come after a specific time say Sep. 2012 or anything so that we can plan accordingly.
GOD help us!
I think CIC need to find one E. Sridharan to manage things and put them back on track |

Good to see at least ND has started to work on Pre-June appl-s, but Moscow VO stays still and prolonged processing time from 22 to 24, even tank won't make them move!!!  |

same here with couple of times address disappear. However, I got my CAPIS notes about a week back in that, they stated that they have opened my filed in dec and the final status shown was in process. Lets hope the best good luck all, Kavya |

Hi, the removal of DM status is really a cooling relief for at least up to the next update, let's hope 4 the best.

Hello Kavyaji,
If ur caips note shows ''IN PROCESS",i woder as to why ur ecas not changed accordingly.What is ur next bfd which may have been marked in the caips note.
I believe,if NDVO keeps working with the same tempo,there may be conclusive /decisive change in the status of our cases.Let us wish and pray.

Hi Satnak,
I can feel your frustration as I am experiencing the same. Not changing job/moving to other city/state, have stopped the desire for a baby till outcome of my case, and so on......
However, recent movement in NDVO for pre-juners have brought some hope for all of us and your 2nd AOR being in early Aug-10, I think you will get In Process date in your e-cas in upcoming 2-3 weeks. I am also hoping the same for my case.
My 2nd AOR is not Aug, 2010. Its 1st AOR from CIO. Second AOR came in Jan 2011 first week. So I guess I have to wait for long. But still its not clear. |
