Hello Canadian Dream,
First of all,wish u a very happy nd successful 2012-the yr,I am sure,ur dream would come true.
I have been going through ur posts.UR inputs are balanced and nicely assessed.
I would appreciate if u could post ur opinion as regards the present scenario.People have posted their analysis backed by immigration data uploaded by CIC.Some are very optismistic and others depicted gloomy picture.I believe,forthcoming qrly review may be a determinant factor for the results we all are eagerly waiting for.

I visited my consultant yesterday to top-up my file with some new documents related to my job & enquired about any new developments but nothing concrete they have shared. Only that some medicals are being issued for 29 NOC list applicants. Nothing for 38 NOC or Pre-June 2010. Still I agree & strongly believe over your assumption that quarterly review will have results by March 2012 for 38 NOC list applicants. Hope for the best. |

Hi I applied to NS in APril 2010 applicant and my file was trsfrd to Bufalo in june 2010 and still waiting for medicals.. is there anyone who got their medicals or have their files transfered to other VO.. and I have one query is that I want to fire my lawyer because he is an idiot . so can anyone tell me how to make sure that all the update should b directed to me instead of him.. please reply asap

I have applied under FSW .. sent the application to CIO on april 2010, sent full docs to buffalo in september 2010, dey received in first week of october (according to my tracking number ) ,got my 2nd AOR in April 2011 den got my medical request on 2ndfeb

Just in case if your lawer had removed possibility to view the status of yr application on-line (as most lawers do) remember to ask in writing to yr VO, while submitting represenation form, to give that oppportunity if you'd like. So u could observe on-line all changes. I think it's fixible from side of VO |
