Dear INDIAN,

The good work u often do,is always welcomed.Other forum member,SMD has collected data and interpreted his own way.Sometimes, our observation is precisely not in congruance with what is actually happening. But still, views have to  be exchanged and good work carried on relentlessly.Negativity and rumours should be put aside.

I appreciate ur explanation, especially with regard to capping of visas which  primarily cover SKILLED WORKER APPLICANT UNDER A DEFINED NOC,not the dependant members of his family.

thanx,please carry on.

DEAR  smd AND parhar51

I AGREE WITH U.ACCORDING TO U PERSONS.

PERSONS= FEDRAL SKILL WORKS(MAIN APPLICANTS OR CASES WHO RECEIVED FILE NUMBERS)

IN 2011 QOUTA IS 47000 PERSONS OR SKILL WORKS(MAIN APPLICANTS OR CASES WHO RECEIVED FILE NUMBERS). FOR DELHI 7000.
IN  2012 QOUTA INCREASED AND BECOME 57000-60000 PERSONS OR SKILL WORKS.FOR DELHI 8000.

LET ME EXPLAIN WITH  THE HELP EXAMPLE

CASE 1:-(A) PERSON APPLY WITHOUT MARRIAGE.HE IS SKILL WORK.HE IS APPLY UNDER NOC.

CASE 2 :-(A) PERSON APPLY WITH  FAMILY .HE IS APPLY UNDER NOC.(B) IS HIS WIFE BUT SHE is 10+2.(B) IS NOT SKILL WORKER.BECAUSE SHE is ONLY 10+2 .(B) IS DEPENDENT.SAME AS THEIR CHILDRENS ARE DEPENDENT.

KINDLY READ THIS CAREFULLY SPECIALLY (FEDERAL SKILL WORKES) OR PERSONS ARE SAME THING .OTHER ARE DEPENDENTS

News Release – More Federal Skilled Workers for Canada in 2012

Ottawa, November 3, 2011 – The Government of Canada is planning to welcome more federal skilled workers in 2012, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney announced today.

The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) remains the principal avenue for permanent immigration to Canada. In 2012, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) plans to welcome 55,000–57,000 federal skilled workers, up from 47,000–47,400 in the 2011 Immigration Levels Plan.

Skilled Worker Inventory as of July 01, 2011 (Cases)
New Delhi

MI1=7,389                           LESS THAN THAT
MI2=1,817 NOW LEFT           200 guess i till 30 may 2011 applicant who get medicial.
MI3=500 YET                       till date 23 dec 2011

lets hope if total case from MI3 10000 for delhi CHC 1200
MI2+MI3=200+500=700
MI1=7389
This year Skilled Worker qouta increased from 45000 to 57000-60000.Last year when qouta is 47000 that time aloted qouta tp DELHI CHC was of 6500 application. .This year it increased to 8000 applications .MI-2 applications are almost finisted because i already talk to 2-3 applicants of MI-2 who received medicals and theY are 31 may 2011 applicants.so there not more than 200 applications left in MI-2 catgories. If we are talk about MI-3 applicants .Total applicants received are 5300 Till date  and for delhi chc it has not more than 500s applications. If we add MI-2 and MI-3 then total is 700.so we minus 700 applications from 8000.It is become 7300 application.

Out 7300 applications delhi ChC working 60% on prejunes(feb26 ,2008 to 25june2010)which 4000 applications.rest of 3389 they work for before prejune(2004 to 25 feb 2008).If i am wrong kindly point out me

SMD Just relax

There was a news a few months ago that CHC will not process any file for pre june for 2 years ,I stated it is crap and turned out it was Crap

nothing but a rumor mongers brain child

Now some some has again has come up with this crap of No processing in 2012

I called it crap again because if canada did not want immigrants there is no stopping them from accepting new applications. The are coming up with  M1 and MI2 and so so and so on this means they need Immigrants.

second they Introduced Super Visa for Family class so that the skilled workers can be speed-ed up

Third they reduced the quota so that back log can be taken care of

I personally suggest don't listen to Rumor Mills

No offence meant to anyone but Please if you cannot contribute anything productive don't contribute at all.

 @   destination bc....

i donn aim spread to negativity ......,, i also believe that positive energy and motivation is essential to keep things going.....

BUT ... i have tried to look upon other side of coin ,,,
its is reality that NDVO has written in their standard replies that PRE JUNE will not be processed in 2012...,nd this thing has been acknowledged by various members of forum tat they have received such a mails....

Moreover the data i have taken is genuine one ,, though some of ma assumptions may be wrong....

Iff ma post seems to be unproductive one , then  i have sincere apologies to u and other forum members....

I never intended to create panic and spread negativity .......

There are only 2 days left for new year ...,,,

At last new year,,, everyone one of us were thinking this as a last new year in our home country ....and expected celebrate next year in canada.....

BUT we all know  what happened to us in 2011......

Now i wish and pray we every one should get his dream fulfilled in 2012......

But we cannot close our eyes .....and should fight for our cause .,...

we all were lured by so called fast track system or C-50 rule of canada.....
but now we are the victims of unfair cic policies.....

Year 2010 was landmark for FSW -1 ,,, but 2011 was...................

if we talk about processing time till 31st Dec 2010 ( new delhi )
it was 11 months   which means they have finalized upto jan 2010 cases (2nd AOR)

But now as on 30th sep 2011 ...
it is 16 months ,, which means completion till may 2010

The last quarter of 2011 seems more worse ,,,  the processing time may  jump to 19 months .....

iff we talk most optimistic... i will be 18 months ....as majority of july-aug 2010 haven't even received medicals ..

So only Feb ,Mar, Apr , May and atmost June in these 12 months

I WISH THE SAME SHOULDN'T HAPPEN IN 2012.....

WE NEED TO BE PATIENT AND KEEP OUR MORALE UP...

But we have to fight for our self......

we have to raise our voice and concerns against cic discriminatory policy ....
we need to mobilize and find some solution to our common problem....

WE ALL NOW THAT FROM NOV1,2011 ALL CHC LIKE LONDON(BACKLOG 12,580),AUS,MINILA,Colombo,Damascus,SINGAPUR ETC start send medicals and docoment requests.soo we have to trust on kennys statement:-"An important milestone was reached this year when the backlog of FSW applications prior to the launch of the 2008 Action Plan for Faster Immigration was reduced by more than 50 percent – two years ahead of schedule. The higher range in 2012 will support labour market responsiveness and sustain progress on backlog reduction".Ottawa, November 3, 2011
so we need to wait for some days ignore other peoples  who create negativity

Dear Friends

See all of us are in same boat, I feel the processing time given by NDVO will be more in next report, it is basically 16 months + date of 2nd AOR, so jan -mar 2010 are expected to recv. med. by march and will be processed by july/Aug, say if NDVO revisits and changes the time line to 20 months so It must be by Dec 2012 and for Apr, May , June by March/April 2013. So I feel we must keep in mind that all applicants before 26th June 2010 must be prepared to wait upto March 2011.
