......my mail address was disappeared last week and status was in procees with RBVO details..... today my mail address came back again and status is coming as in process.....what does that mean
what are your time lines please. |

I am still waiting a reply from London Visa Office. I hace sent my Full application first the central intake office in Sydney Canada on April 24 2010 - First File Number received was on August 5 2010. Then the second file number from London visa office received on 10 October 2010. Application status online changed from "Received by Visa Office" to " in process" on June 16 2011.
since then no change and no medical received. Only a reply to my inquiry email from the visa office saying it will take more time to get a response because of the huge number of applications. This waiting time as per my immigration laywyer is 2 years from the date we sent the full documents to Sydney. Which means i should wait till April 2012 to get a decision.
I am somehow trying to keep positive but i cant help thinking i might get a refusal.
Note that I have applied under NOC 0213
Please advice guys what is the next step? the medicals? when approximately?

It's good if they start to look into the applications in 8 months form the time of 2nd AOR, no matter case is straight or not. But what if VO would start to work on the file just couple months before the whole porocesing time???  It would take defenatly LONGER |

Going by the thread and my own time line , NDVO is not touching any pre June applicant files now days , I received my 2nd AOR in Nov 2010 after submitting my full documents in Oct 2010. My status has been freeze since then RBVO  . now average time for NDVO is 15 month for pre june applicants......

If there is opportunity to send it in CAD it' would be better, u'll be on the safe side , cause of exchange rate (my opinoin) But if your VO accepts drafts in Rs it should work without any problem. Chami |
