NOC is 3152 for RNs. I'm in a dilemma guys coz I'm currently residing in KSA but my contract will end November this year. After submission of meds, they say it takes 2-3 weeks for passport request and u need to respond within 45 days of the letter. What if i cannot make it to the 45-day period given to me by the embassy because I am still outside the country? Can I ask extension for this? Thanks a lot! Good luck to everyone |

I am still waiting a reply from London Visa Office. I hace sent my Full application first the central intake office in Sydney Canada on April 24 2010 - First File Number received was on August 5 2010. Then the second file number from London visa office received on 10 October 2010. Application status online changed from "Received by Visa Office" to " in process" on June 16 2011.
since then no change and no medical received. Only a reply to my inquiry email from the visa office saying it will take more time to get a response because of the huge number of applications. This waiting time as per my immigration laywyer is 2 years from the date we sent the full documents to Sydney. Which means i should wait till April 2012 to get a decision.
I am somehow trying to keep positive but i cant help thinking i might get a refusal.
Note that I have applied under NOC 0213
Please advice guys what is the next step? the medicals? when approximately?

My guess is nothing should be expected before Summer/Fall 2012. by then they'd be able to finalize all MI-2 and MI-3 applications.
