Very food initiative hotheart007. I'd like to note that pre-june applicants, particularly FSW38, for Manila has been moving quite well. In fact, many visa has been issued lately albeit the months prior to expiration is roughly 4 months in average. I hope your visa office moves as well. I appretiate the suggestion given by him.Follwoing his valuable input, i have requested my elder sister to take up the matter with CIC,OTTAWA.She would soon ensure
that necessary step is taken to get the required information
in respect of my application. As and when she is apprised of the exact position i will post the same here for my other friends who are also sailing in the same boat.

hello friends.....i have been informed that i and my spouse will be coming for interview in their next letter......but me and my wife are not in thesame country and region....i am in Europe and my wife is in Asia....pls kindly advice me on what i have to do....and what i have to inform the VO before they specify the date for the interview.

Breaking and Good News for all............... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2011/2011-06-24a.aspNEW RULES FOR NEXT YEAR Same 29 occupations as before, except they are limiting to 500 per NOC (with maximum 10,000) - so half the number of FSW1 as 2010-2011! The good news is that with even less intake for 2011-2012, they will have more capacity with which to tackle pre-June-2010 applications. I hope now we can relax ..............Lol |

Hi! I'm an april applicant also waiting for medicals. I'm thinking of withdrawing my application and reapplying again. I don't know if this is such a good idea. If I withdraw my application will I receive reimbursement for the initial application? Thanks guys for your input  |

u' ll get refund only if you withdraw before getting in process at VO stage...if your status is still RBVO than u can get a refund....but my advice will be to let the app run....with reduced cap i believe our apps will be processed faster in coming times. as haral said, dont withdraw. We will get our calls. besides, our daily life is going smooth.
let us just dont bother too much in our mind about our application, they are on their hands, they will deal with them in due time.

My 2nd AOR misplaced in postal mail and i didnt get it. VO confirmed the same that they sent the letter more than 2 montha back. I sent them email to provide the copy of the letter by email but they refused. I asked to provide only 2nd AOR file number only but every time they send me same story that they have received the documents n placed in file and there is huge delay in processing etc etc but not providing me the number.....what should I do? really worried n confused............................
seniors plz guide.....

How have you communicated yr VO, through e-mail or telephone conversation? If not by regular mail, pls do so and request them to send it again by regular mail. I think they just send a template for all e-mails as response. |
