This is the biggest question we have now, i am also looking for any info on NOC which are not in the list.
I have a logical reply for the same. However, I am not sure for it. this cap limit was introduced last year after 26th June'2010. Now, our NOC are not in the list from July'2010. there were two things came into picture a) new limit for all (not for us) b) our NOC was gone. So, When ever we will get visa it will be from old rule that means, Forexample, If they received around say 5000 application for 4131, They have to stemp all. So only matter is that we will have to wait for long. But we all will get visa stamp. Does that make scanse? |

Yes, I agree with your statement. But we have to consider that CAP is for only Accepting the cases and not for the visas issued. Once the case is accepted you are in and since we are already in with 2nd AOR also, we just need to wait when they are going to open our files. |

Hi , my status has been showing 'application received' as well as 'decision made' since middle of February, 11.
Is this normal? Why 'decision made' status is also coming together with 'application received'? Would appreciate if you also share your experience !
