As far as I know this looks like an error.. The IP status generally gives a date when the processing on the application started.

I applied in April 2010, could have applied after 26th june as well as my NOC was there in the 29 list.. I though that I have a lead of almost 3 months so processing would be faster so decided against withdrawing the application and applying again and now I see post 26th june applicants (people who applied as late as sept) getting MR and RPRF requests.. Its so frustrating..  Angry

Sapana

Well post-June-26 have a completely different process and visa office has much less work to do since CIO do more of the work now.

If you think it's frustrating try being from London or Buffalo office and watching others on the same process as you whose application was received 2/3 months after yours already with MR/RPRF and your visa office is still silent with not a single 2nd AOR! Wink

Please note much of the information on the process relates to 2010/2011 process. A new process is coming out for FSWP in May 2013.

Hi Haral,

I doubt if that is true because i sent my full application in October, 2010 to the London VO and am yet to get any response from them. I think the process they have over there is just too long.

depends on the date they recieved your app in Oct?/// if it was rcvd by 8th oct or before than your 5 months are up...the max time london takes to send AOR is 24 weeks.

Thnx.I sent the docs on the 8th and was received there by 10th latest. So what do u think will happen now that I think that the 5 months are up?Huh? I tell u, its just plain frustrating not getting any info and not been to communicate with the VO on ones case.

thnx for the info. but since we are almost on the same time period, when do u think yours will come in? I see you submitted yours in November. Did you get expert advice or you are just calculating on your own? I couldnt get expert advice like Campbell because the cost is a bit much and on the high side but I thank them for their initiative in bringing up this forum.
