Hi Bazigar,

According to the rules, your application (full documents) should reach your VO by 23rd Oct (provided your 1st AOR email is dated 24th Oct). Check your tracking number for the package. If it has reached on 23rd then you are fine, if not, then it will be rejected.

Applications are accepted on Saturday, but will be added into the system only on the next working day which is Monday,25th Oct.

CIC is adhering to the 120day rule very strictly.....no excuses whats so ever.

Mitali
Dear Mitali

Mostly it takes 2 days to deliver mail at London Office and I sent it on 22 Oct which will be delivered on Monday 25th Oct 2010 Sad so then?Huh

Dear Bazigar,

I am not pessimistic but you have to wait until u get 2nd AOR or rejection may happen if VO is not lenient.

Thanks a lot dear Chami .. Smiley
Well, I do have a problem now in docs submission, specificaly about bank statements, of that if I show the bank statements of my account that I have my salary transferred to, then a BIG liability will appear.
Though, I have the sufficient fund that requested for single applicant, and a bit more in this account, but it shows as well my Personal loan, Car loan, and Credit cards auto debit in the same account and if I get a liability letter, it will show clearly that my liability is much more bigger than the balance in the account.
My concern here, is there any other way to fulfill the requirement of settlement fund proof other than giving statement from this Active, Salary transferred account Huh (I do have other current and saving accounts in other banks but no transactions on them)
Can I deposit the money in other account n show statement from it? Or buy Bonds or Fixed deposit certificates ??
Plz advice guys ..
Your advice enlighten my way guys .. so god bless all of you Smiley

here is what you should do... transfer the amount to your other A/C and get a balance certificate instead of statement and by the time if and when they ask for proof of funds again you will be able to show an A/C statement for 6 or months as well..hope it helps...

Loads of Thanks haral ...
sounds a good trick Wink
will work on it immediate .. just if any memeber has similar experience of just sending Balance certificate as proof of settelement fund ?? can it lead to rejection or they will ask for further statements after as haral adviced Huh i just want to make sure that sending just Balance certificate is not a cause for immediate refusal Smiley
thanks guys for any advice ...

balance certificate is perfectly acceptable as per visa office guidelines. nothing to worry about... they only ask for proof of funds again if they have a doubt that you have borrowed these funds...
