Did you mean a PCC from Canada for your daughter? Check the following link to get PCC for her.

I remember some posts from Lakhvinder and she reported to have received her PCC from ND in about 2 hrs. You may want to contact her for the detailed procedure.

Hi Chami,

Interview is not compulsory..it is waived off for most of the applicants. Its required only when the VO needs some more justification or supporting documents from the applicant.

Hi,

I have a problem with my sister's docs. As per ND Checklist following papers are required to prove status of relative in Canada:

•Record of Landing (IMM 1000),
•Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292), or
•Permanent Resident Card.

But my sister does not have ROL (IMM1000), They say they did not get it.  It might be they have lost it (may be).

Now please suggest what should I do?

i had applied on 24th april 2010 and yesterday i received my file back with the draft i sent and a letter say that thier are certain things that have to be completed  they have asked about my spouse's back ground declaration and in this letter they have also told about the new laws etc
 
my concern is that  wheni am sending back my application
 
will i have to send the ilets result with it

or i will apply according to the previous rules i am applying under noc 3112

kindly guide me what should i do next

Hi Arif,

If in the letter they have mentioned a reference number and asked you to put that number when you send your application next time then you come under old rules otherwise you will have to re-apply under the new rules keeping in mind 1000cap.

Hi,

Mention that in your cover letter that they dont have this letter with them and send other documents which shows that they are currently residing in Canada like last year tax statement, current rental agreement ( if they are renting), electricity bill or any other solid document which shows they are presently residing in Canada.
