Hi

Its not experience letter its an Employment Contract where employer offer the job and put all the job details in it like job description salary and other beneifts etc. Most of the companies do ask to sign the employment contract before starting the job but some companies/organisation dont as it really depends how big the orgnanisation is and what are there policy. If you dont have any employment contract mention this in your cover letter that you dont have any but you have the experience letter which you are submitting with your rest of the documents.

Dear Saki,Mitali & all,
I have to ask you some questions for my eligibility points:
1) i am a graduate mech engineer with more than 16 yrs full time study-points to be awrded 20 ( i think sure i will get..)
2)experience-total 10 years of experience but 2 rs exp in FSW NOC so points - 17( 17 to be sure but if other 8 yrs will be considered which is all as per NOC then it should be 21...??)
3)Age-below 40 so sure 10 points.
4)adaptability-wife is having double diploma of 1 yr each and 12 yrs full time study so 3 points and wife's sis in Canada so 5 points-total 8 points sure?!!)
5)IELTS-expecting 14 points as didnt do well in listenening..
so as per the above stats.i should get education-20,language-14,exp-17(minimum),age-10 and adaptability-8 points which makes total 69 points considering which i applied initially....
BTW,my status is-CC got charged and waiting for AOR and in may applicants list..

Now,My questions are:

1) can i be 100% sure of my 69 points?!!
2) if total exp is counted of 10 years( all with NOCs but only 2 yrs in FSW-39 occupation NOCs) then i will get 21 points and then can get 74 points?!!
3) Should i take IELTS again to get 16 points full which i think i can do.. as this time i lost concentration in listenening which may cause only 2 points in listening but R-W-S all went well so hoping total 14 points..
4)in CIC documents mentioned high efficiency in all L,R,W & S-IELTS but will get moderate in listening..should that be ok i fulfill the points requirment?!!

sorry to ask so many questions but if someone can throw some lights on my case pl..

thanx

Nevil

RPRF Fee-

I know that it is optional to send out the RPRF fee with the full documents to the visa office. I was leaning towards sending it now, because a few members have suggested that it might cut down a month of processing time. (The time for the request to be sent to us and draft to reach them back).

I know the RPRF for 2 people would be CAD980.
It is mentioned that I can make a payment in Rupees i.e Rs.21440*2= Rs.42880.

In case I send out the RPRF fees now,

My questions are-

1. Is the amount that I have mentioned Rs.42880 correct?

2. The demand draft should be in favour of  "Canadian High Commission" payable at New Delhi, is that correct?

3. Should I write anything at the back of the draft- name, file number etc?

4.  won't the demand draft validity run out during the processing period. (which is typically around 6 months).

If someone can clarify all the above 4 points, i would really appreciate it.

Regards.

Hello Saki/Mitali and everyone

My case Has just changed to "Received by visa office"    Smiley , showing these messages :

We received your application for permanent residence on April 16, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 7, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 14, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

I think my second AOR should be in its way , right ?
