mitali please update list for me . i am sam amd i got my first aor on 26 july as per ur list is dd/ credit card charged. and please help me as i m planning to submit the documents to ND visa office and i have some issues with surname change , me amd my wife got new passport after the first aor and in my passport surname has been added and in my wife passport  surname has been changed . please tell me how to inform the visa office about the changes with the complete application like what i have to write in the cover letter and do i need to send affidavits.

Hi Sam,

Good to know that you are getting ready to submit your full documents.

In my opinion Affidavits for the change of surname will not be required. Moreover, when they scan the passport, the old one would show up in their system automatically.Your new passport will have the reference of your old passport.

In your cover letter mention the changes and include the pages of old passport and the include the page from the new passport that specifically indicates the "Passport number" of the old passport. You are just providing more information to VO about your file. Be advised that as this is "New" information you will have to fill up new forms where ever there is info for passport number required.

Hi Arshad,
Thanks for yr nice words for the form members. One thing i want to say that it is team work, where Mitali and Saki are acting as coach, captain and goal keeper. All members are playing their game at different positons. This one common target of form members is to gain PR.For that i wish all the best to every member of the form.

Chander

Hi,

What i have seen and heard from the seniors is that it gets changed on Tuesday & Wednesday only thats why everyone waits desperately for these two days Smiley and also when you go to check your status it says Tuesday.

Hello,

I will be submitting my docs soon.

I had not paid processing fee of my husband's and children at the time of initial application to CIO. I will send their fee now along with my docs and changed FAMILY INFORMATION SHEET. Is there any other fee as well which I need to pay? I know about Landing fee which needs to be paid at the time of Medicals.

I also pasted photographs of self, husband and kids in my initial application. Now when I send photocopies of those forms, should I paste fresh photos over them or send a new filled form?

Thanks

You may cause CHC to be sspicious of your claim.

Because from your post, you are already married as at the time of your application. This is a material fact which needs to be declared by virtue of your former application.

Please be mindful of any date you want to use so as not to put yourself in a fix

Best of LUCK

Hello,

Yes I declared I am married but I did not clicked YES in the column " Will they accompany to Canada". So I did not included their fee. Now I will click YES in that column and so fee needs to be paid and also I have to claim my husband's edu points which would only be given if his fee is paid. My concern is if there any other fee to be paid at this moment?
