I think you should call them ASAP, asking about your client ID, and telling about your circumstance.
And may be you will have to send them a new payment payment with new form.

I'm about to send my documents to VO. Can anyone please tell me is it mandate to send the academic transcript in sealed envelop?

Also let me know whether the documents should be reached the VO within 120 days or is that ok to dispatch it before 120 days regardless when the VO receives it.

Yes, your transcripts should be in sealed envelope. You can send your full package as soon as your ready. At VO office the processing is based on first come first basis.

Depends on what university`s procedure is... whatever they do if its in their sealed envelope.. its fine.... in my case they printed my transcript on their original letterhead and gave me in sealed envelope...

Hi Pinkureenu,

you can see the time line from the updated list that atleast 3 ppl Chander, STS and rao-manoj have received their 2 AOR within a week or two of the receipt of full docs by VO.
