Replying quite late coz i wasnt doing good ...
But unfortunately i was rejected (00213) coz i did not mention which office to do processing..
they said apply acc to rules change after july 26 and my occupation is not in list.
so wait for next review list...or what do u suggest.

As I thought I had sent my case specific inquiry to the Delhi VO and they have replied in negative as reproduced below :-
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.
The Canadian Visa Office in New Delhi has no record of receiving an application from you. We therefore cannot respond to your enquiry. If you sent your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Canada, you will need to contact that office for any update.
Please be aware that CIO Sydney will contact you as soon as they have made a determination on whether your application is eligible for processing under Canada's Skilled Worker program. Hi,
I am at serious Emergency.
Need your frank comments please.
I am in the process of applying for F1 (Student) Visa for USA. Now, I have to submit a questionnaire. The last question in that questionnaire is- Did you apply for immigration or citizenship to any other country? If yes, then which country and what is the status of your application.
Please, I know it is awkward, but given the fact that my being a potential immigrant to Canada, the US consulate may reject me from Student VISA there. So, should I disclose that I have applied for Canadian Immigration in the Student Visa form for US?
I have only 24 hours to decide. I am sincerely looking for your pragmatic suggestion (no matter how awkward it is!).

Hi Invictus, As a general rule it is always safe to provide the corect information to any Immigration office. And why do you think your student visa might be cancelled just because you have applied for Immigration in a different country? The info required might be to just keep record if the potential candidate might apply for Green card (in your case). In my opinion your application for student visa is safe as you are providing them the gurantee that you will return to Canada or your home country and not be a burden on their (US) economy once you complete your studies... dont you think so? Secondly, you have completed your medicals and very close to getting your PR ... who knows at what stage Canada immigration might tap on your student visa application for US and find an incorrect information.
