Hi All,

I'm back. I've been inactive in this forum for sometime. I'm preparing to send my 2nd set of docs to visa office. I sat for the IELTS last week and awaiting results. without IELTS I have 60 points and hope I'll get minimum 8 for IELTS.

My First AOR received on 16th June 2010.
120 days period elapses on 13th October 2010.

So before hand I need to send the full set of docs.

Dear All,
Below is the diagram or the Steps by the CIC/CHC to assess our applications as we all know. It is a misconception that 2nd AOR is issued after Paper Screening Decision and Eligibility Review because Step 3 (below) explains what does it mean. (If it has been so as commonly believed, they would have explained the way we are assuming).
Step 4 means what we assume i.e. Paper Screening and Eligibility Review. (But what kind of letter is issued with additional information )

Step 6 is ''In Process''....

So we are wrong if we think we have cleared Paper Screening......ours next step may be Step 4 or we jump direct at Step 6...

 Based from those who called the CIC office, they are already processing until May 3 applicants, how come that there are still  Apr.21 etc..applicants who have not even received their 1st AOR . And when I checked the May thread forum, there were already 2 May applicants who were able to received their 1st AOR.    confusing

I went before to foreign affairs office Nasriya, it is near Nasrya traffic. I think the one in Dabab is responsible for commercial attestation only (not sure).
Regarding police head quarters as i told you it is very near to Khaldia towers in Khazzan street , if you reached there you can ask any taxi driver and he will drive you there (sorry i do not know the exact location).

I am a little worried about mine as i mentioned earlier ive written my Name DoB and sign ..which is totally out of context

Hi Gavi,

My lawyer asked for my height and color of the eyes and i assume he write that at the back of the photos. But you dont worry if they need new photographs they will ask you for this, they cant refuse your application on this, so dont worry.

Replying quite late coz i wasnt doing good ...
But unfortunately i was rejected (00213) coz i did not mention which office to do processing..
they said apply acc to rules change after july 26 and my occupation is not in list.

so wait for next review list...or what do u suggest.
