Hi Shazzadul, Good Job, looks very organized, i would suggest put " Received by VO " as a header , then the date of that Ecase change to" Received by VO for each applicant to be displayed under that header. I think this will help all applicants to know how long time it take for the Ecase to be changed since the date of documents received by VO (courrier delivery report). Also I think there is no need to include " date of doc sent" as the difference between doc sent and recieved by VO is just a measure of the courrier performance and not CIC  and usually it takes 2-3 days. Hi Sadika, Saudi Police clearence as an exception.. it is not required with your full documents. CIC website state that clearly. you have to wait till you get the request letter from CIC (they issue it in Arabic), then approach the Saudi authorities. I am waiting for that request letter. Actually Saudi authorities will not issue it without a request from a foreign country authorities. some people asked their own embassies to issue that letter so that they can obtain the police clearance without having to wait CIC request. but i am not sure if it will be accepted or not. moataz------i recieves request letter for my husband from riyadh candian embassy for saudi pcc.i will attest it with wazara kharajiya riyadh then where i will go? u know my husband took fingerprinted card from local police station of hail region of saudia last month without request letter.will it be considered?

Hmmm no offence taken Mitali..... its a Dichotomy for me..... Hi Haral and Sameer, I do not mean to offend your views but at the sametime want to clarify my own understanding that according to the link below one has to have a 1yr diploma, apprenticeship or trade certificate in addition to 12yrs of education. Just having a 12 yrs education (Intermediate which is equivalent to high school) is not enough to get points under adaptability factor for spouse. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG72.aspPlease can you recheck the info to clear the doubts. Hi, The police station issuing certificates is near to Khaldia towers in Riyadh (unfortunetly i do not know the exact location) but you can PM Ramy Mouneer (Rammoo) as he already issued it just 2 weeks ago. I am surprized to know that your husband got the fingerprinted card without the request letter, but my opinion is Police certificate is police certficate it dosent matter the way you obtained (with or without request letter) it as long as it is valid. then it shoud be accepted Good Luck Moataz |
