There is something that we are not able to understand...some people missed some major fields in the application, even some forgot to attach some forms as well...but still the CC have been charged...thats really surprising situation or may be alarming....it seems to me that they are just checking Fee Payment Form as a 1st step to scrutinize the application and then at the later stage they will start reviewing full application thats why no one is getting AOR in May and even end april AORs are very slow while CC are being charged till 25th June...

I would suggest to send it ASAP because they can still return the application if they found out that form is missing so better send it now.

What you said is very logical and i think this really what CIC is doing.

I have a situation, I´ve been watching in all the forums, most of the people have a reference letter from the employer but it is basic information, but the Visa office requires specific information like Duties and Responsibilities which most of the people can´t have for several different reasons, me included, so my question is if it´s OK to send this additional letter by myself explaining that by company policy I´m unable to get a company letter with duties and responsibilities? Or what do you suggest?Can you share experiences?

I have good news for those who are trying to call CIO to get info on their application. You can now call free to any number in US and Canada using google voice directly from your gmail inbox.

I just tried it and it connects to CIO.

why are u so hesitant to send ur travel history form, even u wasted couple of days just asking ppl about this...London Visa Office is taking time in sending 2nd AOR (couple of months) so nobody will be able to answer ur question as this is a new form. My suggestion is send ur form asap as Saki also advised the same.

Staralihaider has received a hard copy of 2nd AOR without submitting the travel history form to the London Visa office.  Saki and others should comment on it now.... another member has received it a couple of days ago.

This is what for i asked....i think to send it now will be useless as it can delay the 2nd AOR, instead, wait for the visa office to demand for it because we will not be in dark about the status of the application.

I put up the scenario above and it is individual`s decision to send it or not.  I hope u get the point. I am not reluctant but i do not want to mess up with my case either.  Two examples are their who have received the 2nd AOR, without the form

My assumption that 3 months old reference letter (before CIO appli) should be fine, is just my opinion. I have not come across any fixed Time frame on the CIC website. I would follow that rule for myself.

Hi Navali,

When open the welcome page for Gmail you will find on the left lower portion of the page the following info and you will find the CALL logo (a pic of a telephone) just under the CHAT:

"Latest News from the Gmail Blog  
Call phones from Gmail
Wed Aug 25 2010
Gmail voice and video chat makes it easy to stay in touch with friends and family using your computer's ..."

Hinna i dont know if you know the process correctly, sending the 2nd AOR does not mean that your documents are complete it means that you are eligible to apply for PR or in other words you qualify. The document thing comes when your status will be changed to "in-process" and that is the time when they ask for any other additional document they required and if they neeed the travel history form they will ask you at that time not before sending the 2nd AOR. So sending any document wont delay your 2nd AOR.

As i have said before that they may ask you for this or they might not say anything. This is just upto you what you think. What i am trying to say from last 2 days is that if you send it now it will save you time in your process later and all i am doing this is just to help you guys in your process. I am not an immigration officer nor an expert.
