Guys any idea of how things are moving, My Application received on the 30th April, its almost 4 months but no sign of first AOR. Makes one feel jittery.

is reference letter same as employment certificate? our visa office does not say anything about reference letters...only employment certificates and contracts. do i need to provide reference letters too?

I have heard that if you have a job offer then it will speed up your process. Below is the link to the candavisa site which shows the way to fast track your immigration.

I think you should try to call them to understand the current status of your application. Check pg 82 for instructions on how to call.

London VO is a little late in sending out 2 AOR as I gathered from the Forum info.

Have PATIENCE Hinna, you will get it.

mitali/saki ---did u notice that all delays post 26  april applicants in getting their AOR will make their DOCUMENTS --(-REFERENCE LETTER FROM EMPLOYER AND PCC)EXPIRE?BECAUSE CIO WEBSITE WROTE THAT U START GATHERING PCC BEF0RE U SUBMIT UR APPLICATION TO CIO.and if CIO will take more than 4 months in giving us 1ST AOR then our pcc will expire/..................

Hi Sadika,

What my understanding about this rule is that if your PCC's are not more than 3 months old from the date you submit your application CIC they are acceptable. So does not matter if CIC takes 4 months to give you AOR but as long as your PCC are not 3 months older than the application submission date they are acceptable.
