Dear seniores
i would like to ask from u that according to london vo requirement university seal envelop is required to send the transcripts. my question is this that i have all my post graduate degrees attested by HEC and foreign office. it is very difficult job to get uni seal envelop from university specially from punjab university. so can i sent my degrees without university seal envelop? bcz in the past applicants sent their docmts to Islamabad office in simple envelop.

Hi Asif,

This is a difficult question to answer. It is not necessay that what has been done in the past should be continued. The forum is full of applicants complaining about insignificant reasons being applied to their application and finally being rejected.

I know Saki supports that HEC approved docs should work for London VO, but if your VO has asked for Univ sealed envelope then that is what the VO wants to see.

What you can do is show enough proof to the VO that you had been trying to get UNiv sealed transcripts but failed. Send the Univ emails and postal mails and preserve the evidence. If you can call the Univ then retain the call verification records etc. If your efforts do not work then send the VO all the proofs and the HEC stamped transcripts. What else can you do?

The choice is yours.

Hi,

I did send my ielts result not sure about others but there are few april applicants who send application after 10th April and have successfully received the AOR, i dont know how they will treat May applicants because this rule started in April so they may have gave margin to April applicants.

Hi yaseen,

Definitely yes.. book the IELTS date immediately. Its getting sold like hot cakes. After you get your AOR you will have only 120 days to submit your full documents. IELTS score is valid for 1 yr. You can not miss your 120 day deadline. If you do then it is an automatic rejection of your application.

You have to score high to get the basic eligibility of 67 points.

If you did not send your IELTS to CIO you are fine... but whether you will get your AOR is dependent on the other factors on your application which will be determined by immigration officer at CIO.

Hi Gavi,

Its not must to send employment contract with your experience letter, if you see they actually only ask for the employment letter which shows the job duties, annual income, and job status full time or part time plus payslips. All the applicants who send further documents like there achievement letter etc etc they are not must but they just put some weight that your job is geniune. In your case you can only send the experience letter no need for the employment contract. But if you want to send the employment contract for the GLS as its already mentioned about it in employment letter then just send an explanation statement stating that you are working with CLS under the GLS residence visa its not a big issue you are working and living legally so dont worry about it.

•notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by an English or French translation
•original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company's official seal.
Letters must include all of the following information:
•the specific period of your employment with the company
•the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
•your main responsibilities and duties in each position
•your total annual salary plus benefits
•the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the company
•a business card of the person signing

         just got an imp. query...me&mywife r planning child....so if we get medical while she is pregnant will that be ok...we asked few doctors and they said that pregnancy should be no problem in medical.....have u got idea about that....thx

Thats good to hear, if you get a medical request while she is pregnant it will be upto you if you like to do the xrays or not as it involves a bit risk and also depend which month is going on, some doctors dont suggest to do it but some do as well. What i heard from seniors and other people that even if you done the medicals visa office hold your application until the baby is born and they send you a fresh medical request and also asks you to submit the docs for the new born. So if they are going to hold the file anyway then why taking risk of xray better to do it later.

Guess i will send the Employment Contract with an explanatory note stating that i work for Comany CLS under GLS residency. i also have my business card for CLS which can be attached to the note as proof.. Now i just have to wait for my IELTS result which is out on 13th of this month and im good to send all the docs to the VO.

After receiving our AORs, I am sure many of us are planning to send our full documents to our CHC in the month of August.
I have created a new thread for all FSW Applicants who have sent (or are planning to send) full documentation to New Delhi Visa Office in August 2010.
