Seniors,
One question:
I am gathering docs for submission. 1st AOR received on 28th June, 2010. My passport expires in march 2011.. Do i need to renew it now at the time of document submission or i can send the renewed one while i get medical request. (As it will take more than 45 days to get the passports renewed.)

Hi, no need for renewal right now since its valid for document submission. however send the renewed one alongwith old passport + letter explaining it when they send PPR (passport request after medicals) Seniors,

hi everyone... good to see lots of april applicants already if not charged, got their first aor... hope we get ours too very soon... anyways, just got one quick question... to those who have posted such lines as "cc charged 5 minutes ago..." how did you know that it was just a few minutes ago? did you request you bank to advice you once the merchant charged your card already?

But, I may move to US (on a temporary work visa) in a couple of months. What will happen then? Can I ask VO to transfer my case? Hi, You can request and get your visa office changed but i would suggest not to do so because ND visa office is faster then compare to US visa offices and if you dont change it it wont effect your case anyway so why bother to change it to US. But decision is yours if you really want to change it you can do so by requesting a change of visa office before submitting your full docs. Cheers Saki |

You will be able to do the medicals from US but if they asks for the interview you will need to go to India and also for visa stamp you wil have to send your passports to India. If you dont have any problem with the processing time then you can apply in US. Cheers Saki |
