I know in 3 weeks time you will receive your AOR and I think you will receive same instructions as mine.  I opened the site where I can download the forms that CIO instructed me to fill up and its the new forms and checklist from visa office.  I think we should follow the new checklist now basing it on the letter that the CIO emailed me. I will give you the site and kindly check on it. Please tell me your decision on this. thanks

For saki.... what if i havn't contract from the previous employers and also the letters from old companies is not including job deuties & annual salary?? its only includ the duration & postion with some brief description but its seald  with the company stamp in the company headed papers?? do u think its OK ? or NO ? 
any way regarding my current employment its OK both contract & letter with (full details of job responsibilitis, duration, annual salary, & total hors per week) all are included.

          your advices is highly apprciated....thanx

Not having the employment contract is not a big problem as many applicants dont have contracts for the jobs they did 10yrs back so dont worry about it. For the old companies letters are you applying on the basis of old experience or the one you are currently in? If you are applying on the basis of current employment and as you have all documetns for it then its ok not to have detailed letters from the old companies.

CHC London still not processing pakistani applicants who submit full documents after 1st april 2010.

To everyone,

I have noticed that CHC London has only replied to those applicants who from out Pakistan. I have not seen a single person who is Pakistani Resident and have received a reply from CHC London. I my self sent my complete documents 3 months to CHC London but have not received any Update them.

Please if any one has any update about CHC London processing Pakistani applications please update ?

i'm applying under NOC 3112 ( GP doctor), so my job experinces for the past 7 years in the last 10 years is of the same job ( GP doctors)...from my current employer, i have employment contract & ref letters showing full job deuties + duration+annual salary package+ No of hours/week ...etc) its since decm 2008 up to date ( about one & half year in perminant full time paid job) this letters is signed & stamped in headed paper & also personal bussnies card of the manger provided.
BUT....for the old employments i have ref letters ( in hospital headed papers signed & stamped) with brief description & also showing the duration thats all.....do u think it will be OK  & satisfy the VO?? or i may need to sen explanation letter with my documents for that old letters issues?? waiting 2 hear ur advices

One of the my friend has applied with me on same date April 18, 2010
my CC charged on 8th July.
and my friend CC was decline because of insufficient fund.
So now they will cash his DD.
my question is that how long it will take to charge DD. can anybody has send application with DD. and what is time frame for DD charge.

It might be safer to use the new checklist. If there's anything on the old checklist that's not on the new checklist, just add those when you submit your documents to the VO.
