How will I know if I belong to FSW1, FSW2 or FSW3 ? I belong to NOC 3152 (registered nurse) Hi Karen, Since 26th Jun, new rules for Immigration is in place. So I could not find a link for you... but if you hunt the old posts on this Forum , I am sure you get your answer. As far as I remember, FSW1 : NOC should be in the Ministerial list of 38 occupation and you should have had experience of 1 continuous year in that occupation in the last 10yrs. FSW2 : Should have arranged employment in the NOC list of 38. FSW3 : Should have had 1 continuous full time job in the last 10yrs and the job should have been in skill category of O, A or B. If I am wrong, please correct me and give the accurate information to Karen. Mitali

Hi Mitali, Thanks a lot for your detailed reply. Reference letters mention the following sentence exactly " xxx has performed the following duties...and then all the duties". The hours thing is not mentioned on these letters. I got my reference letters after too much struggle. It will be very hard to get the new ones by mentioning the hours. What to do? very confused...

Hi Navali, Can you contact the HR of your company to give you another letter? Is there a rule book or agreement rules of your company that could have a mention regarding the working hrs for your position? If you can not find anything, then I guess you have no other option but to mention that you were holding a 'full time job' in your cover letter. If VO would have any questions he would call your employer to check. Sorry, could not think a better answer. Mitali

Hi Mitali / Saki / All mates,
I have more questions regarding collection all documents as I am doing this these days:
1. Should affidavit for Translation from translator be on judicial paper? Translators are providing this on simple paper and stamping it. However I can notarize this. Is it enough?
2. Should Explanation letter for not having birth certificate (and/or any other explanation letter) be on plain paper or do I need it on judicial paper?
3. University Transcripts – My university has the following process for transcripts: a. We submit photocopy of original transcript b. University people verify and attest this copy of transcript and enclose it in university sealed and stamped envelope c. Handover this envelope back to us
Is it fine to provide transcript like this?
4. I don't have marriage photographs as my father doesn't like this (due to some religious beliefs), and the marriage was happened very simply...what should I do for this?
Thanks a lot in advance for all your help and valuable comments.

Hi Navali, 1. Stamping on plain paper by the translator is enough. By Notarizing the documet you will make it authentic, official and legal document. 2. Explanation for not having a Birth certficate on plain paper is fine. I hope you are providing other docs to support your Birth, like school leaving docs. 3. Correct procedure to get "University sealed transcripts". You are Ok. 4. You dont have to send marriage photos to prove your marriage (not compulsory). You can register your marriage at any time by going to Court. That will be your document to prove your marriage. Moreover does her passport mention you as her husband... that can be another way to prove. You must mention that photograhs could not be provided because of religious beliefs. It is very important and they can not deny the authenticity of your marriage because of that. Mitali

Hi Mitali,
You are great, wonderful support from you. Thanks a lot.

Yes I have notarized school docs, National ID card, passport etc as supporting documents 3. Correct procedure to get "University sealed transcripts". You are Ok. Great 4. It is very important and they can not deny the authenticity of your marriage - I will do this. Moreover, I have the following - marriage certificate attested by my country foreign office as well as attested by embassy. -Notarized copy of this marriage certificate -Notarized and foreign office attested translation. - More over my name is written as husband on her national ID card and passport as well.
As you are of great help, so thought to ask few more questions: 1. Do we need to notarize original experience letters that I will send to visa office? 2. Do we need to notarize passport copies as well or no? 3. I have notarized color copies of class 10 and 12. Are these enough?

Hi Navali, You have more than enough "Authentic" docs for your marriage. Answer: 1. Experience or reference letters are original. No notarization is required. You will get back your originals later. 2. I would notarize passport copies just to be on the safe side. 3. Are they proof of your Birth date? Then yes, you are fine. Mitali

Hi Mitali,
thanks for your prompt support.
3. Are they proof of your Birth date? Then yes, you are fine. Both as proof of birth as well as educational docs, have 02 copies.
