What do you think.......about the applicants whose application were received in CIO after 10 April 2010 and they neither had taken IELTS nor attached it with their application. Choose an option.

a. CIO would consider them and will issue a file number.
b. CIO would not consider them bcoz application were without IELTS.
c. They would be asked to submit IELTS report within certain time to CIO.
d.  (an option in your openion)

d. They will have to sumbit IELTS results with compelete application to their local high commision.

b. CIO would not consider them bcoz application were without IELTS. This will not happen
c. They would be asked to submit IELTS report within certain time to CIO. You have to send IELTS when you will submit the doc to CHC
d.  (an option in your openion)

•   Offer Letter
•   Appointment Letter
•   Job responsibility letter
•   Confirmation Letter
•   Promotion Letter
•   Visiting card
•   Experience Letter

Is there any other thing required?
What is reference letter?


Docs I have in the NOC i.e. not in the 38 list of occupation current job:

•   Offer Letter
•   Appointment Letter
•   Job responsibility letter (Not on company letter head but showing company name and logo in header)
•   Confirmation letter
•   Employee card
•   Insurance card mentioning my name, designation and company name.

Is there any other thing required?

i just join the forum.

i apply in FSW 1111 category.my application just reach ot NS on 7 April
i just hope i ll get AOR in a month time.my Ielts is on 5 June

I have just check the forume of March 2010 and there were no sign of  AOR for majority of them. What do you think. Shall we wait longer than other applicant who have applied previously. Is it possible that we recieve our AOR after 3 months or more. because if so, my IELTS will get older than 1 year and I dont know what should I do?

Your IELTS date will be consider locked at the date CIO Sydney received your application.

my hunch is we will get AOR with the grace of GOD in about two month`s time....

Hye Friends. My application was received at sydney on the 23rd. I havent taken the IELTS yet. I have mentioned in a cover letter that I have a Toefl score of 112/120 and that I will be taking the IELTS exam in June. I am currently a graduate student in Canada. I have 66 points without considering the points for english. I have chosen the "high" option for all sections of english. Will they reject my application as I havent taken the IELTS or will they award me one point and allow me to submit the IELTS score later to the visa office. I am getting conflicting views from sources.Kindly advice. I am a physiotherapist and was worried that I wont qualify if the new lists come out in May.

MUST FOR ALL APPLICANTS TO BE SENT IN ORIGINAL ALONG WITH FULL DOCS TO VISA OFFICE. NO SECOND CHANCE.

Hi everybody.
I have a seroius problem. I will appreciate if anybody who know my answer can help me.
I don't know from when validaty of our IELTS will be counted.
I mean our IELTS must not be older than 1 year when we submit our initial application to N.S or when we send our complete documents to the local office?
because mine will be more than 1 year soon and I haven't register for a new test.

Although Mahharrouf told me initial application will be based but since in the full document guid was mentioned like bellow I am still in doubt.
    Test results from an approved language-testing organization: We strongly recommend that you submit test results if you are claiming proficiency in a language that is not your native language. You must provide the original. Photocopies are unacceptable. Language test results must not be older than one year upon submission.

So the date they recieve our application in Sydney-N/S will be date of submission. right?

that 's right. for that u need to get ielts certificate before applying to N/S Sydney.
