You may ask to retake IELT. Because CIC don't accept IELT more then 1 year old. |

i need help. Need your advise.. You see this is not my first time applying.I was already refused last year  due to insuffecient points..i got 61 points. i am now reapplying because my documents now are more complete than last year... i was given 16 points for ielts by the immigration officer though my ielts was expired. Should i take another ielts now? or is it just ok if i present them with there assessment last year and a copy of that expired ielts. |

I would like to know as skilled worker immigration I have to do General Training Ielts or Acadamic Training.

If u applied From 26th June onwards then u must attend General Training Module. Previously local Visa Officers sometimes accepted Academic module too but to be safe side i advise you to go for General Training Module |

HI, You will need to sit IELTS again as its only valid for 1yr ( for immigration purposes) so you will have to submit a new IELTS result old one will not be accepted. Your application will treated under the new rules as a new application. Cheers Saki |
