You seem that you have a good experience,,,,,,
I have a valid study permit for canada ,does this will support my case.
I will quit my job in one month from now,to continue my study in canada for 8 months, iam afraid that they will request the contract after this time bearing in your mind that i have only a copy and the i miss the original contract.so is it easy or do you have ant experience about that issue ,any one before requested to send the original one.
wait for your reply
Sorry for the misunderstandings earlier.
I think you have couple of questions.
1. Do you need original "Contract" to present along with your documents? --- No, but you need current reference letter to prove your eligibility.
2. Does a valid study permit support your case? ---- I do not think I understand your question. But in case you are in Canada, then you have to be "Legally" present in Canada while your PR application is being processed. Then 'yes' your case is supported (only in terms of legal stay).
3. 8 months of stay in Canada enough?----- Currently the timeline for processing PR applications is 12-18months. This number might decrease/increase ...we do not know. We can only speculate. Keep a close eye on the developements on this forum to get a better idea. As there was a change effective on 26th June, the current trend is still not very decisive.
The onus is on the Applicant to provide all informations regarding eligibility to VO.
Hope this helps.
