Saki Please suggest It is urgent
I called Sydny Canada Yesterday, they said my file is not opened yet we are dealing with 14th April cases from pakistan.
I have 2 questions.
1- when I sent my application I had no childredn and wife passports, now i have got them.
2- when i sent Application in 19 March 2010 , which was recieved on 19th April 2010, I mentioned Visa Office ISB Pakistan, now it is London.
My question is that Can I ammend application and send them again only those application papers when i need to change? I am affraid if they reject my case due to this passport nos and Visa office address reason.
Please suggest I am worried.
and tell me how I send ?

I have a question about new NOC List. As you know several occupations (0213, 4131, 4121 etc) have been removed from new list. If CIO finds some mistake in your application and it is returned back to you, what will be the next step for you to resubmit it? Will you be able to re-send your application with same NOC? What will happen if the your NOC is not in the new list?
For example if some one applied under 0213 and application was delivered to CIO NS in April but CIO returns the application due to some mistake in the application. What will the applicant do in this case now as 0213 is no more in the new list? Will he be able to resend the application after doing the corrections under same NOC 0213? Or he will be no more eligible for this?

If you have given credit card instructions, then simply block your card, the fees will not be deducted & your app. will automatically get rejected.
If you have sent a DD then wait for the eligibility review to be completed. In case you do get the 120 day request e-mail, then just simply write to them (CIO, Sydney) that you do not wish to pursue your app. any further & request a refund. You need not submit your docs. to the local visa office.
For fees paid at CIO Sydney, only CIO can initiate a refund. For fees paid at local visa office, only the local visa office can make the refund. |

Hi SapanaB, I have read in other forums that you can can get a refund for your porcessing fees if you decided to withdraw your application , but it takes about 8 weeks ( no official source), have you checked if your application has been enterd into the system or not ? as they are currently working on 14 April applications ( data entry) , after entering it into the system you can get your file number and write a letter asking to withdraw your application. but why you want to do this ? ( if i may ask) |

1)Do you guy's have any idea about how long the money should be there in the bank for POF?
I have recently only arraged the money-Exactly last week one day before my AOR- Will this work out.
2)Transcript should be from college or the respective university?- orginal or copy

When you will get 1st AOR you will be given 120 days to submit full docs to visa office, so visa officer will not request you again you will just have to send it in given time frame. Cheers Saki |
