Thats strange but wait for this week as they might not have activated the e-case yet, mostly they do it on Tuesdays so wait for atleast Today, did you check it from your old file number can you see the status from that ?

Yes I can check status with my CIO AOR, it says the following

We received your application for permanent residence on April 26, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 22, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Nothing happening with new file number after trying several times since I got it, I enquired Sydney VO, they can't help with that then I mailed web-tech-support  @  cic.gc.ca four days ago, they haven't replied yet. I got VO AOR on 15th Sep but it says that they received my full documets on 23rd Aug and the letter was dated 13th Sep. No Idea where could be the prob.

hmm dont know then why its not showing up anything, i would say wait for this week maybe they update the status today or tomorrow and hopefully you will get the email response by then as well.

My e-cas just changed to "in process" this early afternoon but according to the details, they started processing our application on September 13.  We expect to receive the medical request in 1-2weeks time.

I'm about to send my documents to VO. Can anyone please tell me is it mandate to send the academic transcript in sealed envelop?

Also let me know whether the documents should be reached the VO within 120 days or is that ok to dispatch it before 120 days regardless when the VO receives it.

I M 4TH MAY APPLICANT--------------i recieved e mail of accptance of my application with file number before 14 days but i didnt recieve any official AOR yet .my husband is in saudi arabia and he requested police clearance letter from canadian embassy in saudi arabia and he finish his pcc from saudia yesterday.usually canadian embassy in saudia doesnt issue police request letter unless u have file number but they issue me with this e mail file number.... if this file number is valid  it must show in e-cas also .but nothing in e-cas then
