Hi friends,
              i was preparing for IELTS and busy in collecting all my documents.Yes, finally the rally is over.Yesterday i have sent all my document through Blue dart to CHC-ND and today they received it.Now just waiting for the 2 AOR. i would realy like to appreciate mitali/saki for all there good work.i wish all the best for applicants.God is with US.  GOOD LUCK FOR ALL !!!

Hi Forum:
Would someone mind answering these questions?
1. Does second AOR come only by post and not by e-mail?
2. Does checking online file status using first AOR never give a new result (that is, would you need second AOR to see any changes online)?
3. Is buffalo office determined to have people wait for a million years before issuing second AOR?

Yes thats correct... His wife has completed 12 years of studies (Intermediate which is equivalent of higher secondary school certificate)

A one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and completed at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies so there should be a diploma as well along with 12 years full  time studies.

Hi Haral and Sameer,

I do not mean to offend your views but at the sametime want to clarify my own understanding that according to the link below one has to have a 1yr diploma, apprenticeship or trade certificate in addition to 12yrs of education. Just having a 12 yrs education (Intermediate which is equivalent to high school) is not enough to get points under adaptability factor for spouse.

I found this (? misleading) information in this web-site which gives ridiculously long processing times. I don't find this information elsewhere... Can somebody explain please? If this was the timeline fo the old system, why does it indicate that date on the top... really confused!!
