I think the time line is "in weeks" but has been mentioned "in months" by mistake. Because if u consider the presented time in weeks then it almost maches with CIC website as well......to me it looks a typo error by Cohen&company....
Hello, What is in Cohen website is showing number of months to finalize ALL applications before 26 June 2010, includind all applicants of the old system that's why it pushed the average to appear high. we need to check the processing time for cases submitted ONLY from Nov 2008 till June 25 2010 (new system with fast track). As I thought I had sent my case specific inquiry to the Delhi VO and they have replied in negative as reproduced below :- Dear Sir/Madam, This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi. The Canadian Visa Office in New Delhi has no record of receiving an application from you. We therefore cannot respond to your enquiry. If you sent your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Canada, you will need to contact that office for any update. Please be aware that CIO Sydney will contact you as soon as they have made a determination on whether your application is eligible for processing under Canada's Skilled Worker program. I would say just fill the new forms with the updated information and mention it in your cover letter that address has been changed so you have filled the new forms with the updated information for there records.

The best way is to write "TO PRESENT" and do not mention any specific date. this will deliver the message that you are still working on that job till the date of signing the form. Moataz |

I have a question , for proof of residency for my aunt, is it a must to get all the things with her name?
As you know some times may be the bill will come with her husband's name or her son ( My cousin )
Or any proof it must be with her name only
