Hello Mitali/Saki and others,
My husband studied in UK and traveled to and from UK many a times in different airlines. We dont remember exact routing and name of airlines for a specific travel. As per ND Docs rqmnt. they need this info as well i.e.
* Provide a travel history list for you and your family members 18 years of age and older, which includes the date of entry/exit for all the countries visited and the routing.
We also do not remember exact dates of entry/exit.
So what do you suggest on this, please?
Further, as they require all pages of PP, so I think it should be clear from it about entry and exit. Though, I will mention dates, in a cover letter. Also, is there any travel history format as well?
He has also traveled to Pakistan for business purpose. Do you think it may delay or cause any problem?
Thanks
Satnam

Hello all,
My husband was in UK from Oct 2001 to Apr 2003 on Student Visa. He traveled back to India many a times. So do I need to mention just these dates or all travel dates when he came back to India and then back to UK?
Also regarding POF,it is written in GUIDE, that property vakue can also be used as POF but has the property to be on principal applicant's name or spouse's name or it can also be on either parent's name with declaration from parent that it will be sold when VISA is approved or when ever their children needs.
Thanks
Satnam

Can anybody please comment whether the Family Registration Certificate from Pakistan is adequate proof of relationship with uncle (mamoo)? And for residence proof, can I ask them to send a scanned copy of the utility bill or an original will be better? Would the last two, along with a copy of his passport, be adequate?

Dear Saki,
I am about to send my full docs to VO. I have recently changed my address and i'll be mentioning it in the cover letter. Do i need to fill new forms or just the copy of old one is enough?
If filling new forms, it is ok, if i update only a)Imm 008 - 14.mailing address section b)Imm 008 schedule 1 Background declaration form - 15.Addresses section
Thanks in Advance

The way i see it and what i am doing is to send them copies of forms i sent to CIO as well as fill up new forms as well. Logic is based on two points. 1- change of residential address - the new residence was my postal address in forms sent to CIO but i dont want to take a chance. 2- my work experience - forms were rcvd by CIO in april so now whn i send them i will get full marks in work exp since i have exceeded 4 years in sep-10 under my NOC code. 3- correction of visa office from islamabad to london. forms to CIO had islamabad in it.... while file is asked to be sent to london VO. Hi Forum: I found this (? misleading) information in this web-site which gives ridiculously long processing times. I don't find this information elsewhere... Can somebody explain please? If this was the timeline fo the old system, why does it indicate that date on the top... really confused!! http://www.canadavisa.com/federal-skilled-worker-processing-times.html

But this is a very important info as it is a blow in the face for all the pre 26th June applicants. What is interesting and confusing is the the current processing times as posted on the CIC website which does not match with Cohen's. How about making a new thread with this info and see what people have to say about it. I am sure you will get more opinions on the open forum rather than on just this thread. I will be interested to get more info. Mitali

Hi, I would say just fill the new forms with the updated information and mention it in your cover letter that address has been changed so you have filled the new forms with the updated information for there records. Cheers saki

I think the time line is "in weeks" but has been mentioned "in months" by mistake. Because if u consider the presented time in weeks then it almost maches with CIC website as well......to me it looks a typo error by Cohen&company....
