Dear Mitali,

If they required new forms then they will definitely write it in the point that applicant should send new forms and also photocopies of the forms which they submitted at CIO. But they required only photocopies which submitted at CIO. What I believe is they will check applicant eligibility according to the old 26th June information. That's why they don't required new forms.

Federal skilled worker before June 26, 2010,

mail to the visa office the:

•photocopies of the forms you submitted to the CIO, and
•supporting documents required in this checklist, within the 120 day deadline set out by the CIO.

Hi April, i hope your document collection is coming along nicely.. with GOD`s blessings mine is going well.. wife (PA) gave IELTS speaking on 6th which she is hoping will get her atleast a 7... going to sit for listening, reading, writing on 11th sep..... today we will be going to her university for transcripts in sealed envelopes and will be done with atleast 80% of documents within this month... good luck to all of you. do pray for us as well.

Hi,

As you must have noticed from the numerous complaints on the forum that Buffalo is infamous for being one of the slowest VO. Do you have confirmation that your package has reached Buffalo ( with tracking #?).

You could call ( I dont have the number though) but I heard that they seldom answer it. But you could try to send them a case specific email regarding the status of your application. You could also try checking the thread for Buffalo applicants....maybe you could get more appropriate answers there.

Hi Kummi,

You could try giving them a call to know the status of your application. Check pg 82 on how to contact. Probably you will get the standard answer but try it for for satisfaction.

Hi Spondon,

Sending new forms (for relative) will not serve the purpose....but definitely highlight in your cover letter that you are not claiming points for relative. I am sure you know that you have to send the photocopy of complete set of forms that were initially send to CIO.

I believe you should definitely send them the emails and call directly to NS with query where is your AOR and ask for file Id.
