Dear Seniors and friends.

I have got my 1st AOR on 27 July. My visa office for Pakistan is London.Uk.  Do I need to submit all new forms with full application ? as you know some minor changes has been made by CIC after 26 July.  Or the Photocopies of all the forms which I had submitted at CIO.NOVA SCOTIA.

If I need to submit old forms which I submitted at CiO, then do I sign them again or previous signed is valid ?

Hi saki,

thanks for your prompt reply. Among my 3 jobs I have recent reference letter from the current employer and the immediate previous employer. The first employment where I have passed only 4 months I have only reference letter on the date when I left the company. What is your opinion? Should I mention about the missing appointment letter in the cover letter? Please let me know.

Thank you once again.

Shazzadul

Hi Shazzadul,

I think you have more than enough and your 4 months of employment may not be of any significance to CIC as you have your 10yrs experience well covered by Reference letters, pay slips and tax docs. But since you are including the 4 months of employment in your application it will be worthwhile to mention in your cover letter that you are missing the appointment letter.

Hi friend4u,

If you have changes since you application was mailed to CIO, then you are to fill up only those forms that would reflect the changes. And also mention that new additions/changes in your cover letter. Send the photocopy of the old forms that had all the informations.

I feel only the forms that you would add with new information needs to be signed and dated current and the set of forms that was mailed to CIO should remain with the past date. As mentioned we are supposed to send a photocopy of those forms.

Please wait for more opinions on this.

Hi Sunny,

I know 'the waiting game is extremely torturous' and really dont know how to 'chop it off'. But there  is a thread by Qorax (I am sure you already know) which may calm you down for a while. By the way Monday is a holiday in Canada ... so nothing you can expect until Tuesday.

This is relevant text from the 1st AOR that i got. It does nt mention copies of the forms sent to CIO. Its simple. fill up new forms as per the updated info and explain the changes in the cover letter. Forms sent to CIO will be autimatically transfered to your respective VO.

Submitting your Complete Application

Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp to download the Federal Skilled Worker guide and application forms.

Your complete application must consist of the following:

A copy of this letter with the reference number above
Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]
Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (if applicable)
Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]
You must submit all documents required by the visa office. Visa office-specific forms and a list of all supporting documents required by the visa office are available at:  www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp

Dear haral,

That's why I am puzzle about the what should I do ?  there is nothing changes happened in my case since I applied at CIO.  The 1st AOR  guide us to fill new forms and follow visa office specific instruction forms and submit them  to London visa office. But now London visa office instruction has changed and it's mention that Federal skill worker who applied before 26 June,2010 submit photocopies of the forms you submitted at CIO.

Please advise Seniors and Friends.

Hi friend4u,

I believe that since you do not have any changes in your conditions so you would just send the photocopy of all the forms that you had originally send to CIO.

Since there is ambiguity, you could also fill up all the new forms and bundle it together with your forms that were initially sent to CIO. In your cover letter you could mention that you do not have any changes in your status but are sending the old (photocopy of CIO forms) and new forms for their consideration.

I wish the instructions had been more clear.
