Hello there,

This post is for all those applicants who are from the NOC category 0213 and have not yet received their AORs. I know this data is available in the list, however, I just thought of calling your attention to update the list in case you have received the AOR but not yet informed the forum about it.

It is strange that applicants whose application reached NS as late as 29 APR 2010 and whose NOC code is other than 0213 have started getting their AORs.

"Murtazaabbasi" NOC code 0213 App date - 19 APR 2010, AOR received - 12 JUL 2010. After this date, no 0213 applicant has received AOR.

Dear All,

Yesterday i received my application back with the objection that " The information provided on Form 5620 is incomplete. Please complete Highlighted sections. You have not submitted the required processing fee or the fee you submitted is not an acceptable form of payment or fee payment form (IMM 5620).

As your application does not meet the requirements of section 10 of the IRPR it is not complete. It is being returned to you for this reason. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you . Your application has not been received and no record of it has been retained.

IF you want to submit an application as a federal skilled worker, Please see the enclosed information sheet. It describes changes to the eligibility criteria for processing in the federal skilled worker class effective June 26 ,2010.

I think I am out of game now Sad  and can't apply as per previous policy. because NOC 1111 is not anymore in new list.

Hi Amir,

Sorry to hear that, as they have refer you to 26th June rules it means that you wont be able to apply again because of your NOC not in the new list.

Hi Amir,

The other way is to get a job offer which is a bit hard but that will open the doors for you and the other way is to go Canada on a student visa and after completing masters degree you will be eligible to apply but thats a long way and depends if it suits you or not.

Cheers

Guys,

While sending full documents to VO, do we need to attach the copy of "Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence – Federal Skilled Worker [IMM 5620] " which was initially sent to CIO.

Thnx

Any thoughts on this? ?

No fee payment form is not required for VO. Fee payment form pertains to processing fees that you have already paid, so it is not required again.
For RPRF their is no standard form, it has to be paid in local currency either at the time of submission of complete documents or later when asked for, usually at the time of medicals.

I dont think that would matter any more because they have not kept any record of this application. Hence, if Amir chooses to apply again, the new application will be considered as a fresh application because NS has no history of Amir's earlier application.

And, the new application will be judged against the new NOC list which, unfortunately, does not have 1111 on it.

My first app had reached NS on 19 MAR 2010. It was returned within a fortnight on account of a mistake in one of the forms. I chose to reapply. My second application reached NS on 29 APR 2010. I am still waiting for my AOR. So, my app has a "received date" of 29 APR 2010 and not 19 MAR 2010.

I too was told that NS has no history of my app.
