Hi guys,
Today, I got an e-mail (1st AOR) regarding Visa office documentation.
I already submitted my original IELTS results to CIC with my initial application.
Do I need to send original IELTS report again to (London) visa office?
I guess a IELTS Photocopy with cover letter with explanation can do.
Any comments.Plz

Hi Laxmikumar, Congratulations for getting your AOR...big relief. 1. You were not supposed to send your ORIGINAL IELTS result to CIO. 2. Do you have another ORIGINAL of IELTS score card? Or are you planning to take another test? 3. In case you have sent the original already, you have no option other than sending a copy of the IELTS that was send. Did you make a notarised copy of the IELTS result before you had send it to CIO? If the answer is NO, then again you have no choice but to send what you have and explain in your cover letter that you mistakenly send your original and what you are sending now is a photocopy or a Notarised photocopy. You are now at the discretion of the VO. Alternatively, call CIO and ask them if they could return your original IELTS or if they would send it to VO with your Client ID. I doubt that though. If they agree to sending it back to you then send a Prepaid envelope with tracking. Please do let me know what happens.Your information on this matter will help other applicants too. Mitali |

Hi gary, FBI certificate is required, if you have lived in US for more than 6 months continuously . Also applicable to your spouse and children above age of 18 (more than 6 m continuous stay) Mitali |

Hi, You have now 120 days to submit full docs to your visa office. If you have not gather all the documents then starting doing so and also IELTS if you have not given that yet then get yourself register for the next available date. You will need a employer reference letter which should include your job tile, job duties, annual salary, job status full or part time and also get the business card of your employer. Apply for Police Cleareance Certificate for the countries where you have lived continous for 6 or more months since turning 18yrs of age. All documents which are not in english get them translated. No its not necessary HEC is fine, actually if you see the checklist it does not even ask for the HEC attested but we all know what happens in our country so to be on the safe side people get it HEC attested so that visa office dont create any issue of transcripts being original or fake. Hi Jamy, I myself dont have an original birth certificate, i just have a photocopy and i asked a lawyer about the birth certificate he said birth certificate is required only when you are claiming point for relative in Canada otherwise matric marksheet is enough to confirm your date of birth and father name. Hi Saki/Mitali
In checklist it says up to date reference letter from employers. As based on my previous experience.
I have got experience letter 3 years old (when I left that job), do I need to get it again with today's issue date.
and currently I am working as a customer service in supermarket do I need to get letter for that as well which shows my status till date.
I have applied as Chef based upon my previous experience and studies, I have mentioned my customer sevice in history background,
Do I need to get both employment letters or just one related to my NOC
