Hello all,

Below is the response i got when i sent an email to the Buffalo office. Didn't answer my query anyways i thought i will share it with everybody. At the bottom is my query/concern.

-If you are an applicant for permanent residence and you received a letter or email from our office asking you to submit your passport(s) or passport copies to our office in Buffalo, you must now submit your passport(s) or passport copies to the Consulate in Detroit. -All other applications for permanent residence have been transferred to the Case Processing Pilot office in Ottawa. Please allow 60 days prior to contacting CPP Ottawa for additional information.

 

For non-immigrant applications already submitted to the Consulate in Buffalo, please see below:

 

-Applications for non-immigrant services from applicants in Canada have been transferred to the Case Processing Pilot office in Ottawa. Please allow 30 days prior to contacting CPP Ottawa.

 

-Applications for Permanent Resident Travel Documents have been transferred to the Consulate General of Canada in New York City. Please allow 30 days prior to contacting New York.

 

-Applications for study permits or work permits originating east of the Mississippi River have been transferred to the Consulate General of Canada in New York City. Please allow 30 days prior to contacting New York.

 

-Applications for study permits or work permits originating west of the Mississippi River have been transferred to the Consulate General of Canada in Los Angeles. Please allow 30 days prior to contacting Los Angeles.

 

-Applications for criminal rehabilitation, temporary resident permits and authorizations to return to Canada have been transferred to the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC, effective June 18, 2012. Please allow at least 30 days prior to contacting Washington.

I just wanted to confirm that my medicals along with the medicals of my dependents and FBI background check report were received by the visa office. We did our medicals on the XXX of March 2012 . I want to share a great news with all of you. Today my eCas status got change from 'Application Received' to 'In Process', also the awaited missing address is back again .
Following are new status message:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 1, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 29, 2012 to XXX_My_Address_XXX. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 29, 2012.

Dont you think, it is our Fundamental rights to get MEDICAL.... If they make us wait more, we might need Medical help then.

Dear seniors and friends

On Friday I received letter from London Visa office (Dated 22 May 2012) from local post having four pages:

A: Letter 1: In order to continue your application, we required the additional documents marked below....: They marked and highlighted only right of permanent resident fee block. Have to send via bank draft and nothing about additional documents, medical etc....

B: Green Page: General points regarding immigration cost and fees (photocopied on a green color page)

C: Letter 2: The application you submitted to the CIO, NS Canada, included payment of the application fees in the form of a certified bank instrument in Canadian dollars. We have since been informed that your instrument has not cleared the bank. Your applications fee have thus not been paid. Your application for PR visa under federal skilled is therefore incomplete and cannot be processed until payment is received. Submit your fees to London visa office within 60 days otherwise................

D: Photo copy: of my bank draft which I sent to NS Canada in 2009 against application fee.

Pleas guide me what to do, as in December 2009 I had received my payment receipt number ,too, when CIC Canada first responded that you are eligible and directed to send complete documents to respective high commission. Moreover, I also attached a copy of that email regarding application fee when I submitted complete documents.
 
What does it mean that without any updated documents and medical they are requiring permanent residence fee along with application fee.

Really frustrating. Mystery still remains as after this issue they may respond by saying point numbers, JDs etc...

Need you guidance and responses for further actions.

the cheque you sent them didn't cleared in the ban so basically you haven't paid your application fee
they could just say forget about your application all they are asking is for the application and the landing fee

send that to them asap you should see your meds soon after the cheques clear

Have I need to send application fee again or send the landing fee along with payment receipt number of application fee which I got from CIC Canada?

I checked my ecas and the address bar is back now. Also wanted to share had sent an email enquiry to ndvo recently regarding the letter sent as on ecas. They replied they have not sent any letter, but notified that they have started processing my file. Then same 6-12 months info followed. What say seniors. Thanx.
