Hi all,
I got GCMS notes yesterday , the last time visa officer worked on my file was 01/08/11, it says preparation review completed , IELTS and Age points given verified, educational and experience letter appears genuine, FOSS check done.
I would appreciate your comments, if the visa officer mentioned that the documents appear genuine then there is still a chance for employment verification.

huray, VO is working on your file! however, they haven't finished background check yet. wait for next BF day, when is it? By that BFday they shoud finish BGcheck, hopefuly. |

the 1st was you initial application received to CIO in NS. the 2nd is to VO. Those are 2 different things |

It is nice to know there is movement in ur file .Could u please inform ur next BFD which must have been mentioned in ur CAIPS REPORT.From there on ur back ground check shall commence and presumably it shall take couple weeks before notifying ur MR/INTERVIEW.
This is heartning and short in the arms for all pre-june 2010 applicants.At last,things have started woorkin for all of us.

There was only one due date and it was 29 sep 2011 but visa officer worked on my file on 01/08/11. I got my GCMS notes on 13 Oct 2011 and as per that there in no movement on my file since 01/08/11. What I understand is till 01/08/11 , they didn't even create any paper file for me. I think am still 3-4 months away from inprocess stage. Helllo Suandysurry,

I am of the view, assuming that ur Bfd is reported as 29th Sept,2010 and u got CAIPS REPORT on 13th Oct,2010,if it is pre-dated,VO must have attended ur file on due date.Either ur Background check was initiated or fresh BFD marked for certain purpose as contemplated by VO.
Could u ascertain,if e-staus of ur file is still RBVO or it is changed to "IN PROCESS.In the event of its remaining the same,there is every likelyhood that fresh bfd might have been marked.However,if it has been changed to "IN PROCESS",then physical verification may have been started.
Let us hope,some possitive will come out during the next couple of months.Please keep sharing the updates.
