Approved aeo

I recently got approved my AEO. my status in canada is a student. I am not sure where to apply for FSW through buffalo(USA) or my home country India. Can anyone advise me. Thanks

I am a student in uk. I had a option to apply either uk or newdelhi. I chose new delhi because they are faster
