approval Letter from Bank

 Hello All,

I applied for investor programm  jan 2008 ,but till now not even i  get the documents request so far. some one told me that i didnt mistake because i didnt submitt Loan Approval Letter from the bank ,where bank need to mention that bank will give me the loan when visa officer will request the  amount of capital.

is this true if yes , can i submitt now ??
