I just farwarded my case to manitoba on 10jun09...with all required documents except IELTS certificate..coz i ve not done that...Is there anyone who has applied without ielts...how long does it take to send approval from manitoba with or without ielts...i ve applied under family stream.

You do not need to take IELTS for manitoba nomination under Family stream.
It takes about one year to nominate...
CHC can still refuse your application due to medical, criminal, or fraud and misrepresentation matter even after nomination...
There is no interview for Provincial nominees so far...

I wana know that my previous pspt has lost last year...is there any problem to get visa...do they reuire my old passport...i gave information about it to local police...they gave me photocopy of FIR...plz suggest i do now..?

Get you new passport and send a copy of the new Passport to CIC and keep the FIR with you and don,t worry...

thnks SK i ve new pspt..i waz talking bout my old pspt..which i ve lost...it expired last year and i ve new pspt now...does embassy ask or enquire about previous or lost passports...
