Dear Senior

I am a IT professional with over 15 years of IT experience at various levels starting as a technician. I have bachelors degree in Computer Engineering and PGD for the same. I have complted my LL.B and  now a registerd lawyer in my country. In addition i have a 4 Year diploma in electronics

Since it is difficult to find a job in  my field initially I am intersted in joining as a apprentic for a technical trade like 'Instrumentation  Technician' 'Electronic Technician'  etc..

Please let me know will i be able to get a nominal fee for my survival as a apprentice. What is the procedure to join such a programme?
Should i select a employer by my self. Will they willing to select me since i am a immigrant (I am 45 years)

Can anybody help me clarify those ?? Please

Regards
