Hi,

I wonder who had the experience to appoint a representative to collect your passports? I hope to know the detail as one of my friends, he might appoint me to collect his passport...

I would like to know if you were able to collect passport on behalf of your friend in Detroit. We are in the same situation. Thanks in advance.
