Hello.
I am starting this threat to hear people who has some experience applying for PR under FSW program with only one year of experience in nominated occupation without related education.

I have a bachelor degree in accounting and one year of experience as an electrician. I don't have a special education. I score 68.

Anyone applied for PR being in similar situation please respond!!!!!!!!!

Thank you in advance/

There is an excellent chance of refusal, as to be classified as an electrician, you usually require a 4-5 year apprenticeship.

Dear PMM
Read OP 6 Cleary mention not to take into account that the application meet the employment requirments.

and is there any thing written any where that applicant have to fullfil employment requirments if its written then show it also there any many people who applied and does not fullfil employemt requirments have gone through.

 Embarrassed

I am not sure particularly for electrician (about internship etc) but for all other professions, it clearly states that your education NEED NOT be related to your occupation. If you just have one year FULL TIME employment in any NOC category out of the 29 listed, you can apply.

Employemnt Requirments varies country to country there are more then 162 countries around the world which have different criteria about employment requirments as i told PMM in OP6 they clearly mention that not to take into account that applicant fulfill employment requirments for NOC like dentish,GP,phamricts, phistorarpy , registered nurses social worker they are NOC they need certification or education compuslury. so other jobs or NOC they will not usally consider the employment requirments that jobs are not very highly skilled or sensitive jobs what you think about supervisor job of mechnical is life saving job if you 29 occupation employment requirments almost every noc said employment requirments ask something required or usally required so its mean that people who applied or their application gone through without fullfil the employment requirments what happen to those poeple how they gone through. PMM and other senior shed your comments on this topic as i really imporant to clear this question.

Yes the experience is with in last 10 years. Do you think i should qualify as electrician?

Your situation satisfies FSW program as long as you score 67 points or more.
