 I live in Canada and my wife and kid are in India. When i apply for Immigration in canada, can i do it with them in the application form.Would there be a problem. Please respond.

I don't think it would be a problem, since you will be the principal aplicant right? and it is also the correct, but I guess they will have to stay in India untill you have the Visas

I do not think there will be a problem. You just chech who from you and wife can get more points as a principal applicant.
