a friend of mine is trying to apply thru business class, lives in US but no legal status in US very profitable busines but due to his situation in US he wants to move the headquater to Toronto. How can he do, is there a PNP way of doing it?.. He has everything to qualify, will he have to go back to his home country or submit the application as he is in his home country. not sure how he can do...Anybody can shed some light?...
